1. Information you enter
Sparks Fitness allows you to enter information such as your display name, home city, personal fitness or lifestyle goal, nutrition check-ins, hydration information, movement minutes, sleep hours, recovery activity, daily habits, challenge progress, and streaks.
In the current version of Sparks Fitness, this information is stored locally on your device. Sparks Fitness does not intentionally transmit these entries to its own external servers.
2. Health and fitness information
The app processes general wellness information that you voluntarily enter. This information is used to calculate progress, display check-ins, and help you track your habits.
Sparks Fitness does not currently connect to Apple Health or HealthKit. The app is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Automatically processed technical information
Sparks Fitness is created and delivered using MobiRoller and may rely on Apple and other technical service providers. These providers may automatically process limited technical information required to operate, secure, diagnose, or distribute the app, including:
- Device type and operating system
- IP address
- App version
- Usage and interaction information
- Crash reports and diagnostic information
The exact information processed may depend on the services enabled in the published version. Third-party providers handle information according to their own privacy policies.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to provide tracking features, display your progress, save profile preferences, improve reliability and performance, protect against misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Sparks Fitness does not sell your personal information or wellness entries.
5. External links
The Explore section may contain links to fitness clubs, trails, recreational organizations, community resources, and other third-party websites. When you open an external link, that organization may collect information under its own privacy policy. Sparks Fitness does not control the privacy practices, content, or security of external websites.
6. Data retention and deletion
Locally stored information remains on your device until you select Delete local app data in the Profile section, clear the app’s stored data, or delete the app from your device.
Technical information processed by Apple, MobiRoller, or another service provider may be retained according to that provider’s policies. Because the current app does not require a Sparks Fitness account, there is currently no separate online account to delete.
7. Data sharing
Sparks Fitness does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Limited technical information may be processed by service providers when necessary to operate, secure, distribute, or diagnose the app. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect users, legal rights, or public safety.
8. Data security
Reasonable steps are taken to protect information handled through the app. However, no device, application, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and its passcode.
9. Children’s privacy
Sparks Fitness is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us.
10. Your privacy choices
You may stop using the app at any time. You can delete locally stored information using the Delete local app data button in the Profile section or by uninstalling the app.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as Sparks Fitness adds new features, integrations, cities, or data practices. Any revised policy will include an updated effective date.
